Cancellation

Strictly no refund of deposit ($28) regardless of any reasons. Only the surcharge will be refunded.

No-show / Last-min cancellation (without 3 days notice)

Deposit & surcharge will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

Any rescheduling should be made at least 5 days before your appointment date. *Additional surcharge might be incurred.

Punctuality

There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive after this, your deposit ($28) will automatically be forfeited as a late fee.
